Every career leaves a trace. Mine was built inside businesses, not around them.

I have never been attracted to easy businesses.

What has always interested me is the moment when growth slows, decisions become harder, and the business needs more than another plan.

In those moments, the work is to understand what is actually happening, align people around what matters, and rebuild the discipline to move.

My experience comes from operating inside businesses: leading commercial organizations, opening markets, building teams, working with customers and partners, and restoring momentum when performance becomes unclear.

I do not believe leadership is about having all the answers. I believe it is about creating the conditions where the right answers can appear, be challenged, and become action.
